kur reikia įrašyti, kad iš tam tikrų ip siunčiamų laiškų visiškai 
neskenuotų ?
ir kodėl clamav-as taip pyksta ant xlsx ir docx ?

Kas įdomu kad siunčiami du beveik identiški failai. Vieną praleidžia 
kito ne.
