It is hard to produce a tire that is perfectly balanced. Tire manufacturers 
apply dots that indicate the tire’s light balance point and help with the 
assembly while mounting the tire. Dots should be aligned with the valve stem 
on the wheels. Whenever you see a dot, match it up with the valve stem. 
Colors vary... red, green, yellow according to the factory balance and
