"Intel's previous drives (X-25, 320, 510) were reliable because they 
were based on either Marvell controllers or Intel's own in-house 
controllers. Now that Intel has changed over to Sandforce, you cannot 
automatically assume that these new drives will be reliable. Of all the 
SSD controllers out there, Sandforce controllers have been some of the 
most problematic."
