RAM can't be upgraded. This config occasionally hung up while waiting for the drive to catch up. I installed an M.2 240GB SSD (Crucial PN: CT480M500SSD4) drive as the boot drive (Windows). The existing drive remained as a data drive. Speed was "OK" before adding the SSD drive. Now it is VERY fast, NEVER hangs, has plenty of room for data. It is excellent for daily office/internet use, media, casual gaming and tablet replacement. I like it so much that I will buy one for my wife soon (and add the M.2 SSD drive) instead of an xPad. Following is the conclusion: The cheaper Yoga 2 13 come with 500GB WD 5 mm HDD. This HDD is only available to vendors. This HDD can’t be upgraded as thr connectors are specific to what lenovo is using. It also has some ssd component for fast caching. In the above model m.2 msata slot is empty. A m.2 drive can be installed and OS can be cloned on it. http://www.myfixguide.com/manual/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Lenovo-Yoga-2-13-Disassembly-17.JPG http://www.myfixguide.com/manual/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Lenovo-Yoga-2-13-Disassembly-7.JPG Lieka HDD nestandartinis 500GB ir galimas salia jo (virs wifi kortos jungtis) dar ir SSD m.2
