HDD Disk Read instruction:

When you get this product, insert the hard drive in the device, then connect to
the computer with a USB cable. Plug in the power supply which including in
the package , press power button to open. The blue data indicator will light up,
identifying when the blue lights flashing!

NOTE: If your hard drive is a new one, then the computer will prompt you to
format, according to computer prompts it. If there is no prompt, right-click on
My Computer =>Select Manage=> select Disk Management. Format unallocated
