How to restart with your desired Cacheset settings
-Right click on cacheset.exe and "Create Shortcut".
-Right click on the shortcut and select "Properties".
-In Target, AFTER the closing quotation, write your min and max desired 
limits separated by spaces (same you would have set in Cacheset. Should 
look something like this:
"path/to/cacheset.exe" 4500 100000
- Click "OK" and drag shortcut into Start->Programs->Startup

Memory Usage
Right click on My Computer and go to:
Properties->Advanced->Performance:Settings->Advanced->Memory Usage
Select "System cache"
