The transfer may not be an indirect transfer, such as a consignment. Prior to the transfer, the end user receiving the Software must agree to all the EULA terms.

Apie "dieduko kirvi cia":
An upgrade of the motherboard is considered to result in a "new personal computer." Microsoft OEM operating system software cannot be transferred from one computer to another. Therefore, if the motherboard is upgraded or replaced for reasons other than a defect then a new computer has been created, the original license expires, and a new full operating system license (not upgrade) is required.

Apie downgeidus, cia XP:
Use of Previous Version of Software (Windows XP Professional only). This OEM EULA consists of a license to use one copy of Windows XP Professional. If you acquire PCs licensed for Windows XP Professional, then you are licensed to use identified previous versions of Windows Operating System Product(s) in lieu of Windows XP Professional (Microsoft® Windows® 2000 Professional, Microsoft® Windows NT® 4.0 or Microsoft® Windows® 98 (Second Edition). If you choose this option, neither Microsoft nor the PC Manufacturer is obligated to supply you with copies of previous versions and neither Microsoft nor the PC Manufacturer is responsible to provide product support for PCs on which these previous versions are installed. You may only use one copy of Windows XP Professional or one copy of one of the identified previous versions. Under this downgrade option, you may not transfer your unused copy of Windows XP Professional to any third party, but may reinstall Windows XP Professional on the same PC it came licensed with, provided the previous (downgraded) version has been removed from the PC.

Kad dažnai prieštarauja, tai dar nereiškia, kad negalioja.
Prieštaraujantys punktai - turėtų negaliot, bet juos dar reikia surast ir
įrodyt
