Since 5.3.2.13 failed to install , you will have to remove all 
remainders of this installation
before you will be able to install any 5.3.2.14 version , even the final 
version.

I suggest to use "QsoftRAMDiskHelpInstall.exe"  from within a CMD ( DOS 
) box "As Administrator"  .
You can find  "QsoftRAMDiskHelpInstall.exe" here : 
http://ramdisk.tekcities.com/Tools/ .


Within this CMD box "As Administrator" , do run :

 > QsoftRAMDiskHelpInstall.exe    /remove

.... wait a bit , AND do reboot afterwards !

After reboot , you should be able to install RTM evaluation version 
5.3.2.14 again from
scratch that you can find at 
http://ramdisk.tekcities.com/Download/brewing.htm ( expires on April 1st 
, 2013 )

You will receive your update version 5.3.2.14  somewhere in the middle 
of next month.
