Šiaip tai visai standartinis disclaimer'is, kurį turi kone absoliuti
dauguma soft'o (bent jau didžiųjų ryklių: tas pats Apple'as, Oracle'as,
Sun'as, Google'as, Facebook'as) ir jau seniai (berods ir prieš 15-20
metų tai matydavau). Net ir komercinio. Niekas nenori būti užtampytas po
teismus, kai soft'as lūžinėja kritiškose misijose ir kam nors gali
pasirodyti, kad kokios tai garantinės implikacijos kyla iš soft'o
turėjimo ir jo veikimo (o jaunoji karta vis bukesnė detalėms ir
niuansams, tai tokių jausmų tik daugiau; atsijungia pusdieniui koks
facebook'as, tai jau tragedija ir #metoo...)
Todėl „as is“ ir be jokių garantinių implikacijų, nuo kurių explicitly
atsižegnojama. Štai:
