First, use Cool PDF Reader to convert the whole PDF file into JPG file.
Then you may use PAINT.NET software to crop it and print it back to PDF.

Hi Armstrong

If conversion to JPG is OK for you then sysready's advice works, and you 
can do the first step with Acrobat too.

Use Edit|Preferences => Convert from PDF settings and change JPG 
settings to always convert to 300DPI. Then go File|SaveAs and select JPG...

Remember that converting it from PDF to JPG and back loses all PDF 
attributes. If you need to retain the PDF functionality than your only 
option is InDesign or Illustrator and edit PDFs in their native format.
