Senior Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) consultant required to advise 
the development team (around 30 people) on development and test best 
practice. The engagement is focussed on the “Execute” phase of their 
delivery model and focuses on development and testing, rather than 
requirements, architecture, planning, governance, and operations. However, 
knowledge of these areas is useful as it allows the consultant to design 
processes that interface with these other areas.



A key part of the engagement is to codify the development process using the 
Team Foundation Server 2010 Process Templates – this will require 
customisation of work items, reporting, workflow, and build.



Support the Development Management in transitioning the development team to 
an efficient development lifecycle.
