This is very high quality fly rod at a reasonable price. The finish, 
hardware, wraps, and grip are all first rate. It has a really nice 
action and feel. I own bamboo rods from Daryll Whitehead, Bill Oyster, 
Zach Pryor, Chet Croco, and others. Matt Schliske's work on this rod 
puts him in the same company as these contemporary great rod builders!
