Using other company's trade name is not legal in EU without written
confirmation from a trade mark holder. XXX can at any time ask you to return
the domain and you would not have legal rights to keep it. Provider would be
forced to give it back.



I would like to ask you to let me know before you are doing something like
this with XXX.
