IT international company for international projects is looking for Network 
Solutions Specialist.

Job Purpose:

  a.. A Network Solutions Specialist is responsible for contributing to 
defining the Network LAN/WAN/MAN, firewall or voice PBX, call logging, 
voicemail, voice recording infrastructure layer and strategy for the 
enterprise.
  b.. The Network Solutions Specialist is responsible for ensuring that any 
designs produced are in line with the current network architecture and 
infrastructure strategy documentation and are fit for purpose.
  c.. The Network Solutions Specialist will provide input and design to 
network infrastructure solutions and will have a broad knowledge across many 
infrastructure  components.
  d.. Design and oversee changes to the infrastructure in support of client 
requirements.
  e.. Provide input into technical strategies for Network Services.
  f.. Contribute to the management of risk to ensure;
  g.. Compliance to regulatory and mandatory policies
  h.. Audit findings and Issue Assurances are fully addressed
  i.. Interfacing with internal stakeholders.
  j.. Be an active participant within the team.
Experience, qualifications and other requirements specific to the role:

Essential

  a.. Proven detailed experience in designing large-scale, enterprise 
network solutions in large, financial institutions
  b.. Capable of bringing together expert knowledge from across the 
organisation and consolidating into a cohesive end-to-end network solution
  c.. A forward thinker
  d.. The ability to effectively communicate and sell complex network 
solutions
  e.. Experience in participating in virtual teams in a complex network 
environment
  f.. Technical knowledge of all major components of network infrastructure 
used within the Bank group (data, firewalls, voice.)
  g.. Knowledge of the relevant  protocol Suite i.e. for data/firewalls - 
VLSM, IP address allocation and IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF and BGP routing protocols, 
for voice - Nortel Meridian technology, In-depth voicemail, call-logging and 
voice recording design experience.
  h.. A good awareness of VOIP technology and it’s implementation in a Cisco 
Routed / Switched environment
  i.. Knowledge and experience of WAN routing technologies used within the 
Bank group
  j.. Experience in implementing large and complex network solutions.
  k.. Knowledge of QOS.
Preferred

  a.. Data - CCNP qualification or equivalent experience
  b.. Firewalls - JNCIA qualification (juniper) or equivalent, CCNA or 
equivalent
  c.. Voice - Nortel Telephony portfolio accredited or equivalent
