Tai, aišku, ne mano reikalas, tačiau jei iš to calc'o reikalaujama tik 
gražių/patogių grafikų, tai turbūt būtų naudinga/paranku įvaldyti gnuplot:

plot "data.dat" using 1:2:xtic(1) title "PSNR" with points, \
      "data.dat" using 1:2 notitle smooth csplines lt 1, \
      "data.dat" using 1:3 title "IW-SSIM" axes x1y2, \
      "data.dat" using 1:3 notitle smooth csplines axes x1y2 lt 3, \
      "data.dat" using 1:4 title "MS-SSIM" with points axes x1y2, \
      "data.dat" using 1:4 notitle smooth csplines axes x1y2 lt 5

Gana paprasta ar bent jau nesudėtinga. O tada jau eksportuokis kaip/kur 
tik širdis geidžia: LaTeX, eps/pdf, png, jpeg, ...
Eps'ą (pdf'ą) įmečiau į o.binaries (subj.: gnuplot plot).
Yra ir frontend'ų.
