Va ka uztaikiau vienam forume:
"I had totally forgotten that the ALC889a is actually a Gigabyte only product that has a couple small things that it does that the regular ALC889 does not. I believe Gigabyte licensed the Dolby Home Theater, which is not available on the regular 889 (I could be wrong here)."
Bet kiek zinau - yra viena kita Intel MB su ALC889A, bei naujos Gigabyte motinos turi ALC889, taciau Dolby® Home Theater support'as irgi yra. 
Dar kazkur maciau, kad atseit 889A geresne garso kokybe islauzia uz 889, bet tai oficialios info rast nelabai pavyksta.
