facility to top up or add funds to their PayPal balance. They do not 
have the option to add a local bank account either.

In order to continue using PayPal, you will need to add a credit card to
your PayPal account.

Considering the fast expansion of the PayPal system around the world, 
the new countries where PayPal is only recently available, cannot fully 
utilize the system.

PayPal is committed to expanding and improving the services for 
customers. However, due to the complexities of global finance, we cannot
give a timetable for this expansion.
