Aš esu užsiregistravęs Paypal UK, kadangi čia esu ir mane automatiškai meta 
į Paypalo UK skyrių.
OBetTačiau, VISA Classic kortelę aš jiems nurodžiau Lietuviško SEB banko. Ir 
viskas veikiot.
  Tą kortelę specialiai išsiėmiau budamas Kaune. Kadangi su SEB VISA 
Electron negalėjau net Ryanaire nusipirkt bilietą.

Išeitis: varai į Lenkiją, ten persiregistruoji Paypalą būktai tu lenkas ir 
turi gerą accountą ;)
