The White House released a statement on the legislation coming out against
it, a key point of which was the quote: “We must avoid creating new
cybersecurity risks or disrupting the underlying architecture of the
Internet.”

However, President Barack Obama has not specifically come out and said
that he would veto the bill if it came across his desk.
