run STEAM as administrator

validate ARMA 2: OA
validate ARMA 2: BAF
(right mouse button click on title in STEAM games list > properties > local 
files > verify integrity of game cache)
start ARMA 2: OA or ARMA 2: BAF and it should work (any of them shall lead 
to BAF installed)
