Virginija Morgan is a communications strategist, researcher and trainer with 
over 17 years of experience at USAID, UN FAO and various other 
organizations. Building on her extensive experience in the development 
community, she is now collaborating with various companies as a writer, 
researcher, trainer and communications consultant.

Virginija's proudest accomplishment was the trendsetting 2012-2015 USAID's 
Roshan Pakistan mass media campaign to create awareness for USAID in the 
country. She lobbied for, designed, procured and managed this US$15 million 
program which has made USAID household name across Pakistan.

Virginija has extensive experience in designing communications strategies, 
writing technical reports, proposals, speeches and promotional materials, as 
well as designing and managing implementation of a wide variety of 
communications products. More recently, she has been designing, leading and 
writing research studies.

Additionally, she designs and conducts training projects including soft 
skills trainings and team building activities.

Her interests and hobbies range from photography and antique textiles, to 
historical architecture, pre-partition Banarsi Sarees, interior design and 
gardening.

She is currently living in Islamabad with her husband and their Persian cat.
