Jums uždavė labai keistą sakinį.  Nemanau, kad jis anglakalbio  
sukurtas.  Atrodo kad pirmu atveju , "taps" prasmė – tas įrankis, kuris 
daro vidinius sriegius.  Tada prideda, kad tyčia taip surengta, kad 
nenaudotum 'flexible shaft and drill' ant to 'coupling'.
