any time - You can share those little "secrets" about the other proposal 
that You've received recently and we will adjust our mutual terms together 
in the manner that pleases You most.

Situacija: Jau beveik buvote sutarę su klientu dėl ilgalaikio tiekimo
kontrakto, buvo pasirašytas LOI (non-binding), tačiau paskutiniu metu
vietoje užsakymo, gauni atsakymą (žr. žemiau). Be to, įmonė nemažai
investavo kurdama produktą (specialią langų liniją) būtent tam klientui,
jau buvo nusiųsti pavyzdžiai (pagal LOI), t.y. savo žadėtas sąlygas
įmonė jau įvykdė. Prie to - klientas yra gavęs prekių anksčiau,
mokėjimas jau pradelstas. Atsakymo "toną" taip pat gali pasirinkti pats.

Taip pat norėčiau, kad man trumpai isverstum i lietuvių kalba
(pagrindines mintis), kas rašoma laiške.

Thank you for the samples. It was in line with our expectations, however
I am not sure if we are ready to place the first order on schedule agreed.

We have received the deal-breaker we can not refuse from one local
company. Payment terms offered are better and as you know we are short
of free CF atm. So we are considering postponing our deal on agreed T&C
unless you modify them (f.e. INCOTERMS and requirement on credit insurance).

Please let me now asap and I will try to persuade my boss, however I
should receive a reasonable offer not later tomorrow EOD.
